Hi I’m Danielle and I am dynamic and inspiring personal trainer with a unique journey and deep expertise. A mother of four within four years, including a set of identical twins, I have faced three C-sections yet maintained an impressively strong core. At 38 years young, I embodies the belief that age is just a number if you keep your body young.
With experience as a Burn Boot Camp trainer, I specialize in low-impact cardio and burning fat through muscle strength. I champion a balanced approach to fitness, ensuring functional movement throughout life, whether you're a mom looking to tone and shed post-pregnancy body fat or someone working out through an injury with my extensive knowledge of modifications.
Fun facts about me include my entry into fitness and nutrition post-children and her ownership of a small backyard homestead where she grows some of her own food and raises chickens for fresh eggs. My entire body transformation came after having children, proving that if I can do it, so can you. I passionately believe that it is never too late to get your body where you want it to be.

My Vision
I am a seasoned personal trainer with three years of experience dedicated to helping clients achieve their desired results. Certified in nutritional coaching, I specialize in macros and fasting, understanding that every body reacts differently to food. Highly trained in core work, form correction, functional fitness, mobility, and strength, I am committed to providing personalized training programs tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
Whether working one-on-one or with groups, I emphasize the importance of finding what works best for each individual to ensure sustainable and effective fitness and nutrition outcomes. From 15-83 year olds, we will find a way to maintain the goals you strive for may it be mobility, strength, postpartum reformation, working out through having an injury, healing abdominal separation (diastasis recti), lifting that butt and over all healthier outside and inside.
I offer one on one personal training, group training and online training with demo’d workouts and macro tracking where we work together all week on both sides to make sure you’re held accountable. Contact me for questions!

Online Remote Training
$29 per month
This program includes four custom workouts crafted by me, complete with demonstrations for proper form. Additionally, it offers nutrition guidance where you log your daily food intake. We will work together to develop a macro plan aimed at promoting muscle gain and fat loss.
Personal Training
$25 to $80 per session
Rates vary based on whether sessions are conducted in-gym or in-home. Partner training is available at a discounted rate, providing added accountability. Please contact me for a personalized quote. I will provide a detailed pricing sheet to outline options and help you optimize your budget. In-home training includes complimentary access to my remote training app.
Nutrition Training
This service involves remote collaboration to track your daily food intake. We will work on methods such as macro adjustments, fasting, or carb cutting to help you achieve a healthy maintenance mode and develop intuitive eating habits.

Payment is required at the beginning of each month. Sessions can be rescheduled within the same month with 24 hours' notice.

Remote Online Training
My remote online training program offers a comprehensive and flexible fitness solution that includes weekly check-ins, personalized nutrition coaching, and access to over 100 self-guided workouts. Participants benefit from detailed form demonstrations to ensure correct technique and maximize effectiveness. This program provides accountability and support, making it an affordable option for both home and gym settings. With the convenience of remote access, clients can tailor their fitness journey to their schedule and preferences while receiving expert guidance every step of the way.


Discounted Group/Partner Rates
I offer discounts for partner and group training, providing a more affordable rate when you train alongside a friend, sibling, neighbor, or any other workout buddy. Training with a partner not only enhances accountability but also makes the experience more enjoyable and motivating. Grab a friend and benefit from the shared support and camaraderie while achieving your fitness goals together.
5-10 Minute Dynamic Stretching
All in-person sessions, whether conducted at Georgia Fitness or in my home gym, include a 5-10 minute stretch routine to promote optimal recovery and flexibility. This added component is designed to enhance your overall performance and ensure a well-rounded fitness experience.


Nutrition Coaching
I guide individuals in mastering intuitive eating by educating them about macronutrients—proteins, carbohydrates, and fats—and how these elements impact their overall health and fitness. By tracking your food intake on my end and having you monitor your own intake, we work together to adjust and refine your diet. This collaborative approach helps find the perfect balance tailored to your unique needs, promoting a sustainable and personalized eating strategy that aligns with your fitness goals.
Group Classes
I lead two Strength Bootcamps at 4:45 AM and a Strength and Conditioning class at 9:30 AM. As a member of Georgia Fitness in Acworth, these classes are included as part of your membership, reflecting the benefits of in-gym training. Each session is one hour long and includes low-impact cardio as well as comprehensive strength training, all guided by my expert instruction. These are also available to book if you have a group of friends outside of the gym for pop up bootcamps.
